• Account & Authentication Information: When you register via Google OAuth, we receive your email address, profile name, and unique user identifier.
• Product & Catalog Data: URLs, product titles, descriptions, and product image URLs submitted to our AI transcreation engine.
• Transaction & Payment Data: Purchases are handled securely by our Merchant of Record partner, Lemon Squeezy. We store order identifiers and credit balances, but never store raw credit card numbers or billing details.
• Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, device information, and diagnostic access timestamps.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is processed strictly for the following operational purposes:

• To execute AI transcreation, SEO metadata extraction, and ad hook generation using Google Gemini 1.5 Flash.
• To manage your account credit balance and process top-up orders.
• To provide customer support and notify you of critical system updates.
• To fulfill statutory tax, legal, and anti-fraud reporting requirements.

3. Data Protection & AI Privacy Guarantee

We enforce strict Row Level Security (RLS) at the database layer via Supabase PostgreSQL. Your product content and transcreated listings are isolated to your account.We do NOT sell your data or use your private product catalogs to train public AI models.

4. Data Retention & Your Rights

Under GDPR and KVKK, you possess the right to access, rectify, export, or request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can delete your projects directly from your dashboard history or contact our data protection team at support@linguistore.com.

5. Merchant of Record Partner
