Refund Policy

At Linguistore, we are committed to providing top-tier e-commerce localization tools. We offer a transparent 14-day refund policy for purchases made through our Merchant of Record partner, Lemon Squeezy.

1. Eligibility for a Full Refund

You are eligible for a 100% full refund within 14 days of your purchase if:

• You purchased a credit pack or subscription within the last 14 calendar days.
• You have not used more than 15% of the purchased credits from the transaction.
• You experienced an unresolved technical issue preventing transcreation processing.

2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be issued if:

• More than 14 days have passed since the order completion date.
• The purchased credits have already been substantially consumed for AI transcreation requests.
• Account termination due to violation of our Terms of Service.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund, please contact our billing support team at support@linguistore.com or submit a request via our Contact Page with your order email and Lemon Squeezy Order ID. Refunds are typically processed within 2–3 business days back to your original payment method.
