1. AI Transcreation Service & Credit Billing

Linguistore offers automated e-commerce product localization (transcreation), SEO metadata generation, and marketing ad hooks powered by Google Gemini AI.

• Each transcreation request consumes 1 credit from your account balance.
• Credits are granted upon registration (3 free trial credits) or purchased via Lemon Squeezy credit packs and subscriptions.
• Unused credits do not expire as long as your account remains active.

2. Intellectual Property & Commercial License Rights

You retain 100% full commercial ownership of all transcreated titles, product descriptions, SEO tags, and ad copy generated by Linguistore for your store catalogs, Shopify listings, Amazon stores, or ad campaigns.

3. AI Content Disclaimer & User Responsibility

While our AI model utilizes advanced cultural transcreation algorithms, AI-generated text may occasionally contain linguistic inaccuracies or non-standard local phrasing.Users are responsible for reviewing and validating all localized content prior to publishing on live store environments or advertising campaigns. Linguistore assumes no liability for revenue losses resulting from unverified AI copy.

4. Prohibited Uses & Account Termination

Users are prohibited from attempting to reverse-engineer our scraping pipeline, automated scraping abuse, or generating illegal or defamatory content. We reserve the right to suspend non-compliant accounts immediately.
